Because our fabric is cut to order based on the exact length you request, we handle returns a little differently than off-the-shelf products.
Custom Cut Fabric
As each piece is cut specifically to your requested length, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once fabric has been cut and shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the fabric received (including any damage or defect)
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
